Shocked to see some of these reviews. Obviously a lot of these people haven’t actually worked in toxic environments (from software engineering perspective, can’t speak to other departments). The people here are so smart and so willing to learn knowledge, but above all the benefits were top notch. Best life insurance I will ever have experienced, unlimited vacation (was encouraged to take 6 weeks), great pay and great company events for groups (Black, Asian American, LGBT).Cons
There were a lot changes at the time and a lot of turnover and the I loathed the codebase. It was very proprietary and too different from what I was used to and what felt transferable.We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a top priority necessary to acheive our company mission and vision.
