(Junior) Operations Manager (f/m/x) - France

We are digital advertising partner for offline businesses - we support retailers in their marketing activities and help them find a new audience. Would you like to join and be a part of digitalisation of retail?

As an Operations Manager (f/m/x) for France, you will join the Operations Team with a special focus on customer care by publishing content from retailers. You'll report to the Team Lead Operations France and prepare campaigns in cooperation with our Sales team based in Paris and our Traffic Management team based in Berlin. Your work location will be in the Berlin office.

Your responsibilities:

You are in charge of publishing content/brochures from your customers portfolio
You are responsible for the quality of everything that is going online
You are frequently in contact with our customers by email or phone calls
You are working closely with other departments

Who are we looking for:

You are fluent in English and native-level in French
You are autonomous, rigorous, meticulous and you pay attention to every detail
You have a natural client / service-oriented mindset meaning that you are comfortable on the phone and by email
You gained knowledge of MS Office
