Overview
Are you looking for an educational and robust internship this fall? We are seeking an Undergraduate Student Intern (who is classified as a Junior) at our location in San Antonio, Texas. PenFed's Internship Program offers college students with a meaningful internship experience from which they can make informed future career decisions. Our internships are meant to provide a great test drive of our company, industry, and a potential career field. This position is part-time, 15-20 hours per week, and pays $20 per hour.

- Develop consumer-segmentation models and appropriate product recommendations

Analyze consumerism around Financial Centers based on web and mobile use versus in person locations

Analyze call volumes to determine Net Promotor Scores

Develop a model to assess acquisition predictions and forecasting
Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited institution studying: Business Analytics, Data Science (or a closely related degree program)

Must be classified as a Junior, having a strong GPA

Must have understanding of Data Mining, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Management

Must have strong technology and reporting experience

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Must have creative, analytical, and critical thinking skills

The anticipated timeframe for this internship is September 11 - November 17, the selected candidate must be able to work in an office setting for the entire timeframe

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
