Position Title: Director of Digital MediaDepartment: Brand VoiceJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:At Southwind, the Director of Digital Media will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the digital media strategy for Southwind. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can leverage data-driven insights to drive digital media campaigns, optimize performance, and achieve strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital media platforms, analytics, and trends, and will use this expertise to maximize ROI and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.• Identify key digital media channels and platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.• Set and manage budgets for digital media campaigns and projects.Analytics & Performance Optimization:• Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital media performance, including KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.• Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Work closely with the content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful digital media campaigns.• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute media buys, creative production, and other digital initiatives.Market Research & Trends Analysis:• Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media.• Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Reporting & Communication:• Prepare and present regular reports on digital media performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.Skills:• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, etc). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
