Product Support Specialist - Entry Level
As a Product Support Technician based in Miami, you will be responsible for providing customers with in-office support, troubleshooting, and solutions for our EV tractor equipment. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics while demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong knowledge with reading electrical and mechanical schematics
• Handling emails, including inquiries about part numbers and technical questions.
• Managing parts, ensuring accurate identification, and timely delivery.
• Locating drawings and identifying correct parts for customers.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting fault codes.
• Reading wiring schematics and contacting engineers for further diagnostics.
• Following up with dealers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
• Conducting team meetings to discuss ongoing issues, share updates, and strategize solutions.
• Maintain website dedicated to these tasks to ensure efficient and effective product support.
