We’re now hiring a Head of Talent to lead hiring during a critical phase of growth. This is an in-person role in San Francisco, requiring experience in scaling SaaS GTM teams at a high-growth company.

About the role

As Head of Talent, your mission will be to find and hire the top 1% of the top 1% at scale as we grow 11x over the next 12 months. You’ll lead hiring efforts across EPD, GTM, and Operations, ensuring we attract exceptional talent while maintaining the highest standards for ability, culture fit, and performance.
