14716 Line Lead

• Able to perform all positions on the line and functions as a working production team member when needed and provide training to team members on new and existing standard operating procedures.
• Ensure workstations meet all Safety, and 5S requirements by being actively involved with the assessment of all workstations per Quality and 5S guidelines.
• Conducts audits and leads assigned cell's rapid problem solving according to production basics; and stops the production line if abnormalities are found and initiates escalation process.
• Responsible for associate compliance to Production Basics (Training, 5S, Equipment Function, etc.), and responsible meeting hourly production rates / takt time with tracking progress against the production schedule and escalate to the Supervisor if the line is behind.
• Takes immediate action to identify defective products, limit production loss, and return to first piece standard; and performs machine downtime investigation and makes first-level repairs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be flexible to work outside of regular assigned shift as needed.
• 3 - 5 years manufacturing/logistics or leadership experience.
• The work schedule is a rotating 2-week schedule, based on Pitman shift model. For instance, one week you will work Tuesday, Wednesday Saturday, Sunday. You will be off Monday, Thursday and Friday. The other week you will work Monday, Thursday, Friday. You will be off Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be willing to work 12 hours shifts. Shifts A and C works 9:00AM to 9:00PM, shifts B and D works 9:00PM to 9:00AM.
