1st Shift Warehouse Shipping and Receiving/ Coordinator - 18/HR

United Talent Staffing is currently hiring a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving/ Coordinator in the Dallas, GA area!

Job Responsibilities:

Purchasing/Receiving

Receive/inspect incoming shipments, process receipt of goods in accounting system. Compile completed documents and forward to accounting for processing.

Place incoming products into their assigned inventory location or delivery to team for use in manufacturing.

Order Processing/Shipping

Manage open orders list and documents (customer PO/Copy of sales order) for timely shipping of customer orders.

Picking, packing and shipping of all orders via UPS and other freight vendors.

Compile completed documents (Customer PO/sales order/copy of packing list/BL or UPS shipping data) for all shipments and forward to accounting for billing.

Arrange shipping for manufacturing equipment/ manage vendor relationships. Manage internal shipping documents/approvals for shipping

Inventory Management

Responsibility for the physical custody and control of inventory parts in the spare parts and manufacturing sites.

Work with Bill of Materials Manager to organize and execute yearly physical inventory and periodic cycle counts

Ensure that all inventory transactions are controlled and recorded in the accounting system.

Manufacturing Support

Deliver manufacturing components to project workstations in accordance with the bill of materials

Collect data from the production floor on any additional requests for parts and communicate these changes to the Materials Manager so that the BOM is revised.

Pay and Shift:

Monday-Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm. Overtime when necessary. $18 per hour, based off experience.

Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership of a similar function in a manufacturing/parts environment.

Experience with QuickBooks or other inventory management software.

Understanding of inventory transaction in a merchandising and manufacturing environment.

Accounting background is a plus.
