In this combined role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, while also providing critical operational support for our team.What's in it for you?• Hourly pay $23.00, paid weekly• Work remotely, from home• Health/Dental/Vision benefits• 401K Program with matching• Paid Time Off• Paid Holidays• $30 Mobile Reimbursement• Scholarship opportunities for employees and direct family members• Employee Assistance Program• Leadership Development Program• Employees special pricing for multiple clientsAbout Company2020 Companies is a premier outsourced sales and marketing agency launching and advocating new products and brands, penetrating new consumer segments, and executing sales and marketing strategies. 2020 trains our teams to succeed in any environment and equips them with the best technology and training to be flexible, engaging, and adept at solving problems.Job DescriptionOnboarding Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process from offer acceptance to the first day.• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.• Manage all aspects of the onboarding system, ensuring timely completion of required steps.• Track and report on new hire progress to leadership teams.• Continuously improve the onboarding process for a positive candidate experience.• Ensure all necessary logins and access are set up for new hires.Operations Responsibilities• Handle daily organizational and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.• Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and other logistical needs for the team.• Analyze and audit data for accuracy and completeness.Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a working knowledge of basic formulas and functions.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for new hires.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyWhat You Can Expect From 2020 CompaniesWe welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
