Our client, a social first creative agency has an immediate need for a Creative Director. This is a remote flexible opportunity that is freelance (40 hours a week) with potential to go fulltime for the right candidate. Must be US based.In this role, you will conceptualize and execute innovative social-first campaigns that elevate our client's brand and engage their target audience.Role & Responsibilities- Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative social media and content campaigns- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams to develop social-first ideas aligned with client's brand and objectives.- Content Creation: Write compelling copy and create engaging visuals for various social media platforms.- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform creative decisions.- Partnerships: Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and production teams to bring social media and content ideas to life.- Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.- Presentations: Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clients.- Feedback Integration: Incorporate client feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectives.- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.Requirements- Experience: 8+ years in a creative role within an ad agency, with a focus on social media and content creation.for automotive, beauty or spirits preferred- Copywriting background preferred with strong portfolio showing ideation and conceptual skills for social- Concept Development: Expertise in developing creative concepts and executing campaigns across various social media platforms.- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI and how AI creative tools can enhance ideas and provide quick solutions.- Metrics Understanding: Knowledge of social media metrics and the ability to create content that drives engagement and achieves marketing objectives.- Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative ideas to internal teams and clients.- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.Send your portfolio today!
