CRM Marketing Strategy & Digital PM Director

Our client in the mortgage space is looking to bring on a CRM Marketing Strategy & Digital PM Director to their team on a fulltime basis. The role is hybrid in Cleveland, OH (3x a week).Overview:The CRM Marketing Strategy & Digital PM Director is responsible for overseeing the resolution of CRM-related issues and the completion of various projects in the marketing department. This position has direct reports but also works closely with various leaders from creative, events, partnerships, and life cycle teams to ensure that projects are completed to the expected standards.Job Responsibilities:•Collaborate with the marketing, information technology, and sales departments to identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities.•Develop an understanding of the current platform; provide opportunities for improvement and instances where integrations can be a key enabler to the sales team.•Ensure consistency in data-driven decision-making and strategy within the CRM team and campaigns built into the tool.•Execute change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts.•Ensure the enterprise can support new technologies and maintain high levels of system performance and reliability through strategic planning with the IT department.•Oversee training of marketing software and user adoption.•Partner with the in-house data team to ensure data integrity across platforms within the CCM environment.•Oversee the completion of marketing projects as assigned by executive and/or sales leaders.•Work closely with the SVP to develop and enhance KPIs for adoption and omni-channel efforts.•Lead the digital project and implementation team, ensuring a structured process to improve organizational alignment and efficiency.•Manage a team and external partners to ensure top value and performance.Qualifications and Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience in a related field, preferred.•5-7 years’ experience managing a CRM.•Experience with Cloud Technologies, APIs, and SaaS technologies.•Knowledge of digital marketing (Website, SEM, Lead Forms).•Experience in strategizing and pulling together disparate pieces of information.•Proficient in data analysis, utilizing insights to make informed decisions and optimize CRM performance.•Excellent communication, leadership, and initiative development skills.•Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
