Graphic DesignerLocation: Downtown Minneapolis (hybrid, onsite 3 days/week)Duration: 2 months (maternity leave coverage)Hours: 40/weekPay: $35/hr - $45/hrResponsibilities:• Heavy production-based work for print, digital, animation assets• Design creation needed for social media assets, minimal campaign work - likely requiring digital images & animation• Produce creative assets for special project work (gift card campaign, limited time offers, etc.)• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create communication materials for external and internal campaigns, including but not limited to print, digital, website, and social media.• Coordinate the design process, including concepting, gathering assets, creating and updating templates, file production, proofing, and final file preparation for both digital and print.• Provide excellent customer service and transparent communication for internal clients.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating their status from conception to delivery.• Other ad hoc duties assignedRequirements:• Design degree from accredited art school or Bachelor's in Design• 2-5 years experience• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Acrobat)• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.• Proficient in social media marketing.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Ability to handle and work in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism and work well in ambiguity.
