Information Technology Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager – CMU Outcomes Delivery to join our Outcomes Team. In this role, you will lead the deployment ofc utting-edge technology across multiple projects – from local initiatives to large national efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, vendor partners, and clients to ensure seamless end-to-end project execution, delivering impactful solutions that drive real results.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Projects: Oversee the delivery of GE Healthcare’s innovative technology solutions, managing projects from implementation through to fully functioning outcomes.• Executive Governance: Develop and implement high-level governance structures to drive strategic project initiatives.• Client Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to execute disruptive technology projects across various scales and locations.• Deployment Ownership: Own the post-sale project delivery process, ensuring all efforts align with client needs and expectations.• Strategic Execution: Drive the project strategy, including defining the implementation approach and managing ongoing delivery.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal teams, vendor partners, and clients to deliver world-class digital solutions in healthcare.• Communication & Leadership: Foster clear communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project success.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree required• 3+ years of Project Management experience• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead diverse teams within a global environment• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage critical issues simultaneously• Resourcefulness, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities• Willingness to work beyond regular business hours to meet project goals• Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the timePreferred Qualifications:• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MHA, MPA, etc.)• PMP certification• 5+ years of Management/Consulting experience, particularly in healthcare• Expertise in delivering complex solutions within a matrixed organization• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, TQM, etc.)• Executive-level communication skills in writing, interviewing, and presenting
