About the Job:Our client is seeking a talented Media Buyer with podcast experience for a 3-month temporary assignment, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with a leading independent audio ad agency. If you’re passionate about media, have a knack for planning and buying, and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment, we want to hear from you!Location: RemoteDates: October 1, 2024 – December 30, 2024Pay Rate: $28-33/hrHours: 40 hrs/weekKey Responsibilities:• Plan, negotiate, and execute media schedules across audio channels, leveraging performance data and research.• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to enhance client performance.• Identify and evaluate new media opportunities to help clients grow and scale.• Continuously assess and refine media schedules to exceed client goals.• Oversee junior team members and ensure seamless campaign execution.• Handle revision requests for flight changes and RFPs.• Present media plans to account management and clients as needed.• Collaborate with media coordinators to resolve spot discrepancies and make-goods.Qualifications:• 2+ years of media buying experience (direct response buying is a plus).• Strong planning experience and proficiency in media buying systems (Strata preferred).• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.• Proven negotiation skills and excellent attention to detail.• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
