24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Senior UX Designer for this hybrid position in Portland, OR. This is a 12 month contract with likelihood to extend. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision and more.Idea Candidate: will have a bachelor's degree in a related field as well as at least 6 years of experience in end-to-end digital product design with at least 3 of those years in UX design. Must have strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing and is an expert in Figma.As a Senior UX Designer, you will take comprehensive ownership of the Platform Console design initiatives, connecting capabilities across Enterprise Platforms to high-quality outcomes in this highly complex area while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Who we’re looking forYou’ll be the go-to designer on the team, taking ownership of every detail and setting the standard for design excellence in a complex, Enterprise-focused space. You’ll tackle challenging and high-impact projects, confidently applying your knowledge and craft. You’ll continuously push the boundaries of design, exploring new ideas and approaches.Who you’ll work withAs a key member of this team, you’ll report into the Design Director of Enterprise Capabilities within the Digital Product Design team.Responsibilities:• Take full ownership of the UX design process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with our strategic vision.• Develop and implement UX strategies that align with user needs and business goals, beginning with helping the team define key results used to track success.• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to participate in product discussions deliver cohesive and user-centric designs clearly, both verbally and in writing.• Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.• Proficient in the tools of the trade and looks to learn new ones. Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to iterate on design solutions.• Advocate for the user at all stages of the design process, ensuring user experience is at the forefront of every project.• Seek out opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.Qualifications:• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end digital product design, 3+ of those years in UX design, with a proven track record leading successful design efforts.• Education: A bachelor’s degree in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred, but not required.• Expert in UX design principles, methodologies, and tools. Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.• A wide range of conceptual thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UX design.
