Position: Social Content Creator100% Remote.Beauty/Wellness company seeking a Social/Content Creator to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand.Responsibilities:? Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, aligned with brand voice and aesthetic.? Develop and execute content strategies that increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions across all social channels.? Produce a variety of content, including photos and videos that showcase brands products and brand in a compelling and effective way.? Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with our target audience and support campaign goals.? Create and optimize video ad creatives, ensuring they are thumb-stopping, on-brand, and designed to convert.? Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.? Work closely with UGC creators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their content aligns with brand direction.? Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring each piece is tailored to the specific audience and format requirements.? Analyze content performance data to refine strategies and continuously improve engagement and reach.The ideal candidate has:? 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content across multiple platforms.? Proven expertise in creating ad content, with a solid understanding of what drives conversions and engagement in paid social media campaigns.? Proficiency in using social media tools and content creation software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.? Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling.? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.? A passion for health, beauty, and wellness, with an understanding of what resonates with audiences in these niches.? Experience working with UGC creators and a knack for giving constructive feedback to maintain brand consistency.
