As a Social Media Content Strategist, you will develop and manage social media content and campaigns for key issues and programs.Responsibilities:• Create and manage social media content for main channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Pinterest.• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on organic and paid strategies to engage communities.• Advise on social media best practices and opportunities.• Work with the paid social team and agency on social media marketing campaigns.• Maintain brand voice on social platforms.• Track key metrics and report in line with social media goals.• Develop effective social media content, including copywriting, in collaboration with Brand, Strategic Communications, Integrated Marketing, Editorial teams, and external agencies.• Create campaign briefs and manage content reviews to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and platform best practices.• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of social media assets.• Analyze content performance and provide guidance to improve engagement.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy development and implementation, including content and community management.• Experience with paid social media marketing preferred.• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a large organization.• Ability to use data and analytics to inform content decisions and drive growth.McKinley Marketing Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
