We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and manage the social media presence for our multiple beauty brands. This role reports directly to the Marketing Department and is crucial in driving our brands digital engagement and growth.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy Execution:• Implement and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple beauty brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand identities.• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brands at the forefront of the industry.Content Creation and Management:• Plan, create, and schedule engaging, and visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics) tailored to each brand’s audience.• Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and photographers to produce high-quality content that resonates with our followers.• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting across all platforms.Community Engagement:• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a positive and active online community for each brand.• Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Campaign Execution:• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and special events.• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns across all channels.Analytics and Reporting:• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.• Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and strategies for each brand.Influencer and Partnership Management:• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.• Manage relationships with partners and ensure successful execution of collaborative campaigns.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty industry.• Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for multiple brands.• Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
