If you're passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and have a proven track record of social media growth, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:• Develop and implement highly strategic and comprehensive social media plans to ensure consumer acquisition and engagement supports the company’s overall objectives• Create innovative and strategic content across all social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.• Track and report weekly on content performance based on audience growth and engagement.• Assist in shoot pre-production, and support on set• Collaborate with key cross-functional departments to confirm social media campaign effectiveness and ensure social media is incorporated into all of the company’s campaigns• Monitor competitive social landscape, market changes, and developments and remain current of emerging industry and digital trendsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree preferred• 2+ years of experience in social media management with proven track record of growth• Must have previous experience creating content for a beauty brand• Must have experience and must be comfortable being front-of- camera.• Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wordpress, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat savvy• Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies• Based in Miami, FL
