We're looking for a passionate Senior Influencer and Activations Manager in the USA to help build leading brands of the future.As the Senior Influencer and Activations Manager, you'll set strategic directions to accelerate brands in the USA through influencer relationships and retail activations. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll drive brand awareness and engagement in a fast-paced, results-oriented team. If you have a passion for working in a fast pace results oriented team, we want you!Role Responsibilities:Lead US Activations• Lead brand building efforts for our client's portfolio, sharpening the US strategy and elevating brand experiences to build and strengthen strong consumer connections.• Serve as critical US market liaison to facilitate communication, planning, and execution between commercial, marketing and finance teams.Direct US Influencer & Communications Strategy• Develop strategies for organic and paid influencer activities including activations for product launches and “always on” strategies to build long term equity and hero products.• Collaborate with global marketing team to shape creative “big ideas” for social & influencer campaigns to drive momentum and engagement.• Shape cross-brand partnership strategies to drive brand equity and awareness.• Setting & managing the influencer budget to deliver against annual brand revenue targets.• Implement large-scale events, gifting strategies, and develop long-term ambassador partnerships. Operate as the lead connector• Lead introductions to key community leaders, influencers and communications agencies.• Spot and engage emerging talent.• Manage cross-brand agency partnerships.Drive & Monitor Business results.• Set and track KPIs, monitor competitors, and share insights.Qualifications:• +6 year’s experience in beauty marketing with focus in influencer marketing and a track record in building and scaling new beauty brands via community and influencer strategies, with a passion for all beauty categories.• Strategic thinker with a "make it happen" attitude.• Proven ability to build relationships and a community of loyalists, understands organic brand building• Experience in US campaign development across touchpoints.• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.• Creative and adept at shaping engaging content.• Self-starter with an ability to handle many priorities at once, manage through ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization.• Experienced in leading brand portfolios in a global setting• Analytical, dynamic, and eager to build the next beauty mega brands.Compensation is DOE
