Lead Environment Artist

31st Union is a diverse team of developers passionate about game development, working on Project ETHOS. They are looking for a Lead Environment Artist to grow a talented team and define the game's artistic vision.

Skills

Proficient in Substance Designer and Substance Painter.
Knowledge of asset creation pipelines.
Experience with UE5, ZBrush, Maya/Blender, and Photoshop.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be a high level individual contributor who is production and process minded.
Work with Art Directors and other Leads to propagate the artistic vision.
Collaborate with Design and Narrative leads for environment creation.
Communicate with leads in both Valencia and North America.
Establish asset authoring best practices.
Supervise the Art Environment Team's daily activities.

Education

BA/BS in Art, Design, or related field.
Experience in leading a team of artists.
