Hangar 13 is a development studio creating influential AAA video game experiences. They search for a skilled Lead Gameplay Designer to drive player features for the Mafia franchise.

Skills

Experience with balance tuning.
Deep knowledge of game design principles.
Proficiency in Unreal Engine.
Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and quality of the game’s Player systems and features.
Collaborate with Directors and Leads for gameplay loops.
Lead a team of designers to shape the Player’s experience.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the design team.
Analyze and incorporate feedback from team and user testing.

Education

Degree in game design or related field preferred.
