Knowledge of Animation Graphs, Blend Trees
Understanding of procedural runtime animation solutions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with various teams

Responsibilities

Partner with Animation, Engineering, and Design teams
Engage with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
Create and enhance Animation systems
Provide guidance and mentorship to the Animation team

Education

Previous experience in games development
Experience with at least one AAA title shipped
