Responsibilities
- Design and execute global staffing and recruitment strategies
- Manage the usage of Applicant Tracking and reporting tools
- Conduct research for recruitment projects
- Collaborate with Executive leadership and Hiring Managers
- Create and analyze metrics reports
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; HR, Business or Communications preferred
