UI/UX Designer

3CIX is a leading technology company, and we are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer at 3CIX, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand user needs and business requirements. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iteratively design and refine user interfaces based on feedback and usability testing. As a UI/UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our products and contribute to their overall success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user needs and business requirements
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs
• Iteratively design and refine user interfaces based on feedback and usability testing
• Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UI/UX design
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile app design
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks
