Database Administrator (DBA) - Managed Services
3Cloud is seeking an Azure SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to provide day-to-day and project-based support for managed services clients.
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Database Administration and Development
- Knowledge of database indexing, security roles, and database security
- Working knowledge of Shell Scripting for various operating systems
Responsibilities
- Provide remote database support for managed services clients
- Aide in client onboardings guiding setup of Azure Monitoring alerts
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client's business model and technology
- Maintain database functions including queries, indexes, stored procedures, etc.
- Execute ETL processes and implement database maintenance plans
- Assist with software deployment and management of technical infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer, engineering, data science or related field; or equivalent work experience
