Director, Client Success - Industry Portfolio- Healthcare and Life Sciences
3Cloud is looking for a Director of Client Success with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences to lead programs ensuring successful delivery, quality, and client management. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in project management, cloud technologies, and healthcare data standards.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and transparency
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program execution aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of program objectives with broader organizational priorities
- Establish quality standards and procedures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
Education
- Experience in Project Management or related roles
- Understanding of healthcare Data Standards
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems
