Senior Manager - HR Operations
3Cloud is seeking a Senior Manager HR Operations to scale HR systems and processes in a rapidly-growing company. The ideal candidate is innovative, efficient, and dedicated to enhancing the team member experience.
Skills
- 5-7 years HR operations or HR management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative communication style
- Experience with Paylocity, Salesforce and/or Power BI
Responsibilities
- Champion data governance
- Create and execute processes for maintaining employee records
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding practices
- Update handbook, policies and procedures for compliance
- Maintain systems and identify data integration opportunities
- Support HR peers in performance and compensation reviews
- Manage and develop the HR Operations team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred
