Here, you will make an impact by:• Exceed annual sales operating plan and be accountable for weekly sales estimates in Salesforce.com• OP responsibility representing 3M revenue greater than $50MM• Provides strategic input in the creation and execution of annual business growth plans for all 3M businesses sold into the assigned customers to achieve sales goalsCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)• Ten years of business to business (B2B) sales experience including key account sales management in a private, public, government or military environment• Current, valid Driver’s License is requiredPreferred Qualifications:• Master's degree preferred• Minimum three years of sales people management experience• Minimum twelve years of business to business (B2B) sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment• Proficient business acumen to include working with pricing, customer profitability, and financial impact of business decisions on distributionLocation: Boston, MASales Territory: United StatesTravel: May include up to 40% domesticRelocation: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. The candidate must have a proven track record of personal sales success including experience working with national accounts. The ideal candidate should have successfully led sales teams and should be comfortable working in a highly-matrixed environment. He/she should be able to identify, define, and secure winning business opportunities to meet the business group’s sales and growth objectives.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
