Job Description:

We are looking for a Specialist, Talent Relations with 2.6 to 4.6 years of experience to be part of the Talent team.



Responsibilities
  • Trusted partner for the team members in resolving their day-to-day questions.
  • Accountable for maintaining the data in our Talent Systems accurately by following the process guidelines.
  • Talent Programs/Processes: Contributing to the implementation of global/local talent programs and processes effectively and efficiently. Manages the exit and offboarding of the team members. Support and guide the managers and team members with the process. 
  • Data Management: Accountable for managing the data in the system accurately and on time.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure the data correctness in the system.
  • Stakeholder Management: Responds to stakeholder questions and concerns, and am a trusted resource for team members on questions related to benefits, processes, program execution, etc.
  • Take pride in spearheading local events from conception to execution, ensuring each occasion reflects our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Serving as the primary host/hostess for special events, Orchestrate seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees. Furthermore, excel in organizing and coordinating internal travel events, crafting tailored experiences that include everything from happy hours to dinners and spare time outings, and guaranteeing memorable moments for all participants. Implement working practices that motivate team members and support their health and wellbeing
  • Maintain awareness of the physical and emotional welfare of team members, and provide counselling when required
  • Participate on the implementation of organizational strategies for employee engagement
  • Support a productive working environment that motivates team members including working practices for remote, virtual, and onsite working
  • Proactively identify the needs for improvement and suggest the initiative autonomously that brings added value to the key stakeholders
  • Support facility strategy and partly TR team 


Requirements
  • Provide support to my stakeholders: team members and managers, for an extraordinary experience interacting with talent policies, processes, systems, data, employee experience, and engagement
  • Articulates issues and ideas and suggests improved ways to accomplish objectives
  • Seeks to understand vision to develop execution steps of a plan,
  • Makes wise decisions, based on information, root cause analysis, and strategic thinking.
