Senior Full-Stack .NET Software Developer

3Sharp is leveraging our 23 years as a technical marketing firm creating software product demos for large enterprise customers, to bring a new SAAS offering to market - Regale.

Regale bridges the gap between product marketing and sales. It provides sellers with an easy to use demo solution that lets them show products to customers without any prep time, and easily find and switch between demos to follow the conversation. It gives product marketing teams the tools they need to create and manage demos at scale, get feedback from sellers, and view analytics on demo usage.

Our Engineering Team: We’re a very small team of highly experienced engineers who specialize in building worker productivity apps. Our web apps are built using ASP.NET, Entity Framework, Blazor, and Angular; with Cloud Infrastructure in Azure and AWS. We use Azure DevOps with Git Repositories and full CI/CD pipelines.

We’re looking for a full-time, full-stack, senior software developer who will join our very small engineering team to work across our products, on both the backend and frontend. As a new member of the engineering team, you will be expected to:

• Work closely with team members in a collaborative, fast-paced, environment
• Be an internally driven high performer
• Follow best practices for software development, including appropriate use of design patterns, properly commented code, source control, code reviews, unit tests, etc.
• Develop a deep knowledge of our products and their features

• 7+ years of experience writing .NET back-end code, especially ASP.NET + Entity Framework
• 7+ years of experience writing web front-end code, including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.
• Experience with Angular or other modern client-side UX frameworks like React, Vue, etc.
• Experience developing software that runs in the cloud across multiple servers
• Pragmatic creativity - you can come up with innovative yet realistic solutions to problems
• Resourceful, tenacious, action-oriented temperament that can deal equally well with concrete requirements as well as abstract or fluid circumstances
• Integrity and customer focus – you don’t cut corners in your work or ethics; you are a strong partner to your coworkers and a champion of our customer’s needs
• Experience working on SaaS software teams and at startups is a plus

Salary: This is a full-time, salaried exempt position paid between $120K to $180K per year, dependent upon experience.

Benefits: 3Sharp pays 90% of employee insurance premiums (medical, dental, vision) and offers a 401(k) match. New employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO in their first year and receive 9 paid holidays.

Remote Operations & Business Hours: 3Sharp's corporate headquarters are in Bothell, WA, but we largely function as a remote workplace. Occasional in-person meetings may be required. For this reason, we prefer applicants from Washington. We do not provide relocation assistance. Our core business hours align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) to facilitate consistent operations and teamwork.
