Treasury Manager

As a Treasury manager at 42dot, you will oversee the treasury functions for both domestic and international operations, ensuring precise management of cash inflows and outflows, accurate cash flow forecasting, and thorough reviews of R&D spending progress. You will collaborate across departments to refine financial processes and systems, optimizing and automating where possible. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting financial reporting and special projects, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of high complexity financial processes, coordinating with various departments.
• Monitor and manage daily cash inflows and outflows, developing and implementing strategies to optimize the company's cash position.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and aligning them with overall financial planning.
• Review and monitor R&D spending, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline financial processes, support financial reporting, and manage special projects.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing complex financial dependencies and transactions.
• Strong knowledge of cash management principles and best practices.
• Proficient in financial forecasting and analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
