Office Manager

48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America. They are seeking an Office Manager to handle administrative functions, provide customer service, and support the facility's leadership team.

Skills

Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage demanding timelines
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Conduct new hire processes
Maintain and audit personnel files
Enforce company policies and maintain safety rules
Complete operational reporting including payroll and production

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Four-year college degree or 3-5 years relevant experience preferred
