615 Ventures, a Nashville-based investment firm, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support their real estate and yacht chartering operations by managing maintenance and property management efforts. Ideal candidate must have attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with tenant communication and onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintain accurate records of property details and conditions
Coordinate repairs with vendors and manage maintenance requests
Manage tenant lease requirements and coordinate construction projects

Education

At least 6 months of administrative experience preferred
