Sr. Program Manager
6sense is on a mission to revolutionize how B2B organizations create revenue. They are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and motivate teams while ensuring efficient processes and innovation.
Skills
- Atlassian Toolset proficiency
- Metrics gathering via Tableau and Pendo
- Complex program management
- Technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, UX, & Engineering teams on defining roadmaps
- Ensure product teams are sufficiently resourced
- Craft and communicate narratives uniting disparate groups
- Work with implementation teams to determine realistic schedules
- Build and implement communication plans
- Set standards for templates, processes, and frameworks
- Track, identify, and resolve program interdependencies
- Prepare and maintain program dashboards and status reports
- Present information to various audiences
Education
- B.S degree in Computer Science or related field
