HR & Accounting Manager
Degree Heating & Cooling is seeking a HR & Accounting Manager responsible for assisting with daily accounting and HR needs in the Glastonbury area. Ideal candidate has experience in HVAC business, familiarity with ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct & ADP, and bilingual in Spanish/English.
Skills
- Experience in Accounting/HR blended role
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct & ADP
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Understanding of GAAP, IRS & HR compliance regulations
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm on vendor payments
- Process weekly payroll using ADP
- Assist in benefits administration
- Handle employee relations matters
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or related field
