International Servicing Coordinator

A24 is looking for an International Servicing Coordinator to support the Post and International teams on our expanding slate of worldwide releases.

This person will have a minimum of 2 years experience within film post production and international servicing. 

This role will be primarily in-person and can be based in either our New York (Manhattan) or our West Hollywood office.

Initial Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day infrastructure, systems, and charts of the international servicing division to ensure successful delivery to international partners
• Work closely with Marketing, PR, and Home Entertainment teams to receive all necessary materials to disseminate to international distributors
• Manage A24’s e-commerce international delivery platform for marketing and PR materials; work with website developers on site maintenance and future development 
• Communicate directly with distributors on availability of marketing materials, troubleshooting technical issues, and other general support
• Coordinating creation of US release subtitles, dubs, and other festival required subtitles
• Assist with retrieval, logging, and archiving of subtitling and dubbing materials created by international partners
• Update trackers with sales contract and asset delivery data
• Generate POs and invoices for orders; assist with logging all invoices being sent/paid
• Coordinate localization of DCPs, screening links, and promo materials for international distributors, festivals, and markets
• Sync subtitling files to feature, marketing, and promo materials in Premiere
• Pull clips and stills from feature materials 
• Watermark feature files and marketing materials for international partners and vendors
• Assist with researching new vendors, classification boards, and overall international industry trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience within film post production; international distribution or servicing experience is a plus
• Organized and extremely detailed oriented
• Demonstrable ability to create systems, processes and workflows for efficiency
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking and time management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder, Airtable, Aspera, Signiant, MediaShuttle, Citrix ShareFile, Dropbox, and Avid a plus
• Fluency in any widely-spoken foreign language(s), particularly Spanish, is a plus
• Humble, diligent, proactive and resourceful

Actual starting pay within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
