OverviewAAA Life is seeking to hire a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support our Modeling team. This person will support AAA's actuarial modernization initiatives and be responsible for maintaining actuarial models in MG-ALFA for VM-20 valuation and financial reporting processes. Additionally, this position offers opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments.Responsibilities• Develop and maintain actuarial models in MG-ALFA to support VM-20 valuation and financial reporting processes.• Perform quarterly production VM-20 results and annual VM-31 reports.• Test and analyze model results, including quantifying model change impacts and documenting the development process.• Support AAA's model conversion initiatives.• Actively improve the modeling process.• Support internal and external audit inquiries.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.• Completion of 3 to 4 Society of Actuaries exams.• Minimum 18 months experience in the actuarial field.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Experience with an Actuarial modeling system.
