Grafana Labs is on the lookout for a passionate Growth Account Manager to join our remote team focusing on the Northeast region. In this role, you'll be diving into the heart of new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and ultimately closing deals that help expand our reach in the tech landscape. By adopting a consultative sales approach, you’ll prioritize understanding our customers’ unique needs before introducing them to the outstanding offerings we have. Your main responsibilities will include managing forecasts, tracking valuable customer data, and working hand-in-hand with both the Account Director and our customer-centric teams to drive success and growth. You'll also develop a deep understanding of Grafana Labs’ technology, allowing you to effectively convey its value and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Meeting revenue goals and supporting our customer retention strategies will be key components of your role. We're looking for someone who brings at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and is ready to collaborate with a talented team.
