Marketing & Communications Manager

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to lead our Marketing & Communications Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all marketing actions and display advertising campaigns
• Design and build our social presence through all channels
• Fulfill the role of “Brand Guardian” for the company brand
• Measure and assess the performance of all marketing campaigns
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Work closely with the management team to ensure synergy of activity exists across the entire organization
• Collaborate with internal teams to design all needed actions according to business strategy and goals
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all channels
• Conduct competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Responsible for the company’s presence at various corporate events (conferences, forums etc), leveraging all sponsorships to their full potential
• Participate in planning and implementation of corporate social responsibility actions

• 10 years of work experience in an organized marketing department
• Website and Social Media content development experience
• Proven ability in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers and vendors)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be considered a plus
• Positive, proactive “can do” attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both Greek and English
• A team player and willing to step outside the role when required
