Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $89,709.00 - $108,177.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License/State ID (Required)

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
  • Manage assigned territories, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales processes and improve overall performance.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales or direct sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of territory management principles and retail sales tactics.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Experience in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with team members and clients alike.
