Business Operational Analyst

We are currently looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic, and service-minded person. 

You report to the Business Operations Manager and liaise with different internal parties like: AbbVie Logistics planners, Business Finance Managers, Account managers, Quality Assurance, contracting desk and other departments. Support all brands within The Netherlands.

Your Core job responsibilities: primary activities but not limited to:

• Creating, analyzing, and maintaining reports
• Providing insights based on market trends and internal data.
• Identifying opportunities and suggesting methods to enhance Order To Cash processes
• Involved in launches of new medicines (from an OTC perspective).
• Team member in different projects
• Maintain Customer Master Data and initiate pricing condition set-up in SAP system.
• Contact customers by phone and mail

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2- years’ experience in commercial/sales function
• Preferable experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills to connect with all levels of the organization and customers. Fluent level of Dutch and English is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP preferable; good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to operate independently and to work in cross-functional teams.
• Result oriented, dynamic, self-demanding, pro-active.
• Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable, assertive, and enthusiastic 
• Fluent level of Dutch and English both written and spoken

The offer:

Part-time possibilities; 80%-100%.  Hybrid model based in Hoofddorp (3 days on site). The AbbVie Finance team is International and Business orientated with a “navigator” role for the Brands. All the therapeutic areas; immunology, oncology, neuroscience, eye care, virology, and gastroenterology are serviced by the team. Development: Eager to learn as there will be training on -the-job; learning from Experiences, Relationships and Training to develop yourself.
