The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing activities, including speaker program and HCP consulting contracts, digital tactics, and program development.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies to support brand and portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.• Utilize marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position.• Manage and oversee Speaker Bureau programs, including identification, recruitment, training, and ongoing management of key opinion leaders and speakers.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HCP consulting programs, ensuring effective engagement and relationship management.• Utilize Veeva PromoMats to manage the review and approval process for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing tactics, including website content, email campaigns, social media initiatives, and online advertising.• Conduct data analysis and utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute innovative marketing programs, leveraging digital platforms and technologies.• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.• Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans.• Execute go-to-market plans.• Drive for results through the oversight of sales force execution via clear and concise communication and delivering impactful training initiatives.Qualifications• Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday (onsite) & Monday, Friday (remote).• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.• Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills• Strong experience and proficiency in Veeva PromoMats for managing the review and approval process of marketing materials.• Expertise in data analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data to drive insights and optimization.• In-depth knowledge of brand management principles and strategies, with experience in supporting global brand initiatives.• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.• Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and work in a fast-paced, global environment.Additional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
