Job Description

Purpose

Utilize insights from HCPs and patient journey to develop stakeholder specific messaging across multiple channels. Execute HCP tactics supporting the Brand strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Work on deliverables of marketing plans and tasks via collaboration with internal brand teams and the field sales team.
  2. Partner with key cross functional partners including medical, regulatory, legal, and compliance to accomplish brand projects and initiatives.
  3. Manage and oversee the execution and accountability of key tactics; including review, approval, and final delivery of promotional materials and messaging.
  4. Utilize marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position.
  5. Make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics, and data.
  6. Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans.
  7. Drive for results through the oversight of sales force execution via clear and concise communication and delivering impactful training initiatives.

 

Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience. 

 

 

    Qualifications

     

    1. Bachelor's Degree
    2. Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
    3. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    4. Experience managing projects to completion and ability to influence without authority
    5. Experience working with external agencies to deliver HCP facing messages and tactics
    6. Proven ability to connect and partner with field sales team

    • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
