Drive marketing strategy and ongoing brand performance for Duopa by balancing on-market efforts with leading the development and implementation of lifecycle initiatives. Provide positive leadership and productive influence across the Parkinson’s portfolio and all “One PD” initiatives. Maintain a strategic mind-set while effectively orchestrating across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.ResponsibilitiesVision and Strategy: Provide overarching leadership and direction for Duopa vision, strategies and plans. Create strategies that support an expanding Parkinson’s portfolio. Encompass a “One PD and One Neuro” mindset and perspective in all strategies.Leadership: Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal constituents (stakeholders and partners). With expert AbbVie Ways of Working skills, lead high-performing cross-functional teams to drive initiatives successfully and accomplish results.Action and Accountability: Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking and monitoring of initiatives. Maintain focus on and consistently triangulate market dynamics, constituents’ needs, and business priorities to determine best course of action.Strategic Impact: Formulate and adjust business plans and actions to achieve business objectives and goals, including financial, constituents and market results. Recommend appropriate strategic decisions and take actions for the best interest of AbbVie, franchise and brands considering the varying life cycle stages.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred.7 years of marketing experience required; HCP brand marketing experience preferred.Experience in developing and implementing portfolio-brand strategies.Experience leading teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Experience in Pipeline Commercial Strategies (PCS) preferred.Demonstrated use of critical thinking and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review processes.Experience working in Neuroscience/Parkinson’s preferred.Experience working with a matrix organization - strong collaboration and cross-functional team leadership teams and functions.Project Management/Strategic Marketing experience preferred.Additional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
