Responsibilities

Develop and execute the service delivery strategy
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Delivery Managers
Align service delivery objectives with business goals
Build strong relationships with key clients
Proactively manage client expectations
Oversee the service delivery framework for client onboarding
Implement and optimize service delivery processes
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs)
Identify and mitigate potential risks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
Master’s degree preferred
