Sales & Renewal Specialist

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Languages: Advanced English, additional European languages a plus
Proficiency in enablement tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Detail-oriented with strong PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

Create new sales opportunities through incoming leads
Manage daily subscription renewal tasks and focus on minimizing churn rate
Maintain an active pipeline to meet quarterly KPIs
Analyze customer needs and cultivate business relationships
Update Accounts, Opportunities, and Orders in the CRM system
Participate in training sessions and professional development activities

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, linguistics, or related field
Certifications in sales or business development are advantageous
