Skills

5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles
Fluency in French and English
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer/partner relationships
Act as a strategic advisor to customers/partners
Identify and facilitate customer & partner training needs
Promote expansions, renewals, and adoptions of ABBYY solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
Be an internal technical focus point for complex technical questions
Manage customer/partner expectations and resolve issues
