Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

This position is responsible for processing changes sent to ABC by our clients to update employee identification data in multiple ABC systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide ongoing and accurate updates to employee identification data across all ABC systems
- DataTrak
- Club Reporting System
- Merchant Services
- Online Business Center
- IBM 740 Mainframe Billing System
- IGNITE
Maintain departmental standards
- Process changes within 1 business days
- Process urgent requests immediately as priority
- Maintain average .5% or less error rate
Provide back up support to Customer Care Maintenance
- Process Changes to Members Accounts
  - Making the changes sent to us from clients via change form (IMAGING), website, email change forms, and fax
  - Processing changes to member accounts as requested by Member Services and Client Services, or any special projects assigned to them by their manager
  - Must maintain an average of two (2) days out or less
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or management
Regular and reliable attendance required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Must type 30 wpm
General knowledge of ABC Financial DataTrak and i870
Knowledge of AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to multi-task
Professional phone skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center experience beneficial
Six months experience in Member and Client Services
Ability to problem solve using deductive reason skills in a timely manner
Basic skills including but not limited to addition, multiplication and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions
Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change
Employee may be required to furnish mobile services and devices necessary to receive business communications on a continual basis; including voice, text, email, and ability to connect to ABC’s enterprise email server
