Controller
AbilityPath, a non-profit organization empowering individuals with disabilities, is seeking a talented Controller to oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial standards.
Skills
- Knowledge of accounting systems and standard computer systems
- CPA preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and projects effectively
Responsibilities
- Supervise accounting staff and manage all accounting operations
- Prepare and process financial statements and oversee annual audit
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow forecast and internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in accounting management
